The episode starts right where Season 2 of Tokyo Revengers ended with Takemichi and his friends surrounded by Tenjiku Gang and Tetta Kisaki appearing in front of Takemichi. Takemichi is wondering why Tenjiku was never part of the past before. Kisaki declares that the Kanto Incident has begun. Kisaki tells Takemichi that he used to be Captain of Tokyo Manji Gang’s Third Division, but now he is the General Staff Officer of Yokohama’s Tenjiku. Takemichi is shocked after hearing this news.

Kisaki claims that he is going to build his own Toman and that one day Mikey will have no choice but to accept him. Kisaki then gets on a bike with Hanma and leaves with him. The whole Tenjiku gang up on Takemichi and his friends and are ready to beat them up but then two members of the Tokyo Manji Gang show up and start ramming their bikes into the members of Tenjiku. Those two bikers are the Meguro’s Twin Devils, Nahoya and Souya Kawata, also known as Smiley and Angry respectively.

Takemichi mistakes Souya for the Fourth Division Captain. Souya tells Takemichi to take his injured friends to the hospital. After that Nahoya Kawata shows up and clears the confusion that Takemichi had. The smiling one with the heart of a demon is the older brother Nahoya Kawata, aka Smiley.

The angry-looking one with a heart of gold is the younger brother Souya Kawata, aka Angry. They are the Captain and Vice-Captain of the Fourth Division. Smiley asks Chifuyu and Takemichi to ride with them as they are going to raid Yokohama. All four of them leave for Yokohama together.

Smiley then mentions that the guy that beat up Chifuyu, Mocchi is really strong and that he defeated both him and his brother, Angry before when they were the leaders of their Twin Devils gang and Mocchi was the leader of Jugem Gang from Kawasaki. Smiley then mentions that since Tenjiku’s sent out their main powerhouse Mocchi, Toman’s got to raid them now.

They then spot two members of Tenjiku on the street and stop to confront them. Both Smiley and Angry told Takemichi and Chifuyu to wait here as they went to get information about Tenjiku’s hideout. Both Smiley and Angry start beating up those Tenjiku members to get information from them.

Meanwhile, Takemichi told Chifuyu that he saw Kisaki with Tenjiku. Chifuyu is shocked after hearing this news. Takemichi then tells Chifuyu that he might have figured out something that’s been bugging him for a long time. No matter how many times Takemichi tries to change the future, he fails. Draken was saved, but he failed.

Kisaki and Black Dragon were driven out of Toman, but he failed. No matter what he did, the future never got better. Takemichi thinks that what if after he changes the future there’s someone else who changes it even more and what if Kisaki can also travel through time? Takemichi mentioned that Chifuyu told him about Mikey needing Kisaki but they were wrong.

There is no way Mikey would need Kisaki and what’s more, is that Kisaki has remained consistent. Chifuyu admits that would explain why Takemichi keeps failing no matter how many times he tries. Takemichi determines that he will make Kisaki pay if he is responsible for all of this. Chifuyu tells Takemichi that he understands why Takemichi is pissed but what’s more important right now is figuring out what the deal with Tenjiku is, even more so if Kisaki is pulling the strings.

Chifuyu further claims that if Kisaki can also travel through time, then he’s getting desperate now because he is dead in the future of the current timeline which means that Kisaki cannot go back to the future. Chifuyu then further claims that unless they first find out if Kisaki can travel through time, they can’t get anywhere and that Kisaki might be at the Tenjiku hideout.

After that, both Smiley and Angry come back with the information on Tenjiku’s hideout that got by beating up those two Tenjiku members and are ready for the raid.

We then see that Takashi Mitsuya, Captain of the 2nd Division of Toman with fighting against Mocchi. They both acknowledge each other skills and strengths while fighting on equal terms. Suddenly, The Haitani Brothers, Ran and Rindou Haitani appear there and one of them hits Takashi Mitsuya with a brick on his head.

Mocchi gets angry about the Haitani Brothers stealing their kill but the Haitani claims that Toman is not a gang that can be crushed if they stick to Mocchi’s kind of thinking. The injured Takashi Mitsuya thinks that it’s not only the ex-leader of Jugem, but Tenjiku even got the Haitani Brothers with them.

We then see a few of Toman’s members getting beaten by the whole Tenjiku gang one by one. We got to see Shion Madarame, Tenjiku’s Big Four and The Ninth Generation Black Dragon Leader.

The scene shifts to Takemichi, Chifuyu, Smiley and Angry who have reached the hideout of Tenjiku and see hundreds of Tenjiku members there. The Brawler, Kakucho, one of Tenjiku’s Big Four welcomes them sounding like he was expecting them. Smiley, Angry and Chifuyu get ready to fight everyone present there but then Kakucho sees Takemichi and tells all of his Tenjiki members to get out of there.

While everyone from Tenjiku is leaving except Kakucho, Takemichi is wondering what is going on there. Kakucho then states that originally, he wasn’t going to fight fair but he changed his mind and now he will fight all four of them alone. Smiley then comes forward and declares that he is Tokyo Manji Gang Fourth Division’s Captain, Nahoya Kawata and if Kakucho is going to fight solo, then so will he.

Kakucho declares that he is Tenjiku’s Big Four and that the first guy he wants to beat the shit out of is Tokyo Manji Gang’s First Division Captain, Takemichi Hanagaki because he has heard the rumours that First Divison’s Captain means that he’s the strongest of them all. Chifuyu tries to explain the situation to Kakucho but Takemichi steps up for the fight and comes forward.

Izana meets Mikey

We then see Mikey near the seaside with a fish biscuit in his hand wondering if the biscuit wants to escape into the sea too. Suddenly, a stranger appears before Mikey asking him if he knows the Taiyaki-kun song, and how things end for it. Mikey replies that he does not know the answer to that question because he forgot about it. That stranger then gets down and appreciates Mikey’s bike. The stranger then introduces himself as Izana Kurokawa and leaves.

Back at the Tenjiku’s hideout Takemichi is getting ready to fight Kakucho when he gets the feeling that he has seen Kakucho somewhere else too. Takemichi then starts running towards Kakucho while everyone is cheering for him from behind. Takemichi then lands a big punch on Kakucho and knocks him out in one shot.

Everyone including Takemichi is shocked and happy at the same time after seeing this. Takemichi wonders when did he get so good. He then remembers Kakucho from his childhood as a boy who was bullied and Takemichi stood up for him. Takemichi addresses Kakucho as Kaku-chan and Kakucho calls Takemichi Dummy-michi.

They both claim that they haven’t changed a lot since Kakucho is still getting into fights and Takemichi is still as weak as ever. Takemichi asks where Kakucho got that scar but Kakucho deflect that question and states that he lost on purpose because Takemichi was his hero. Kakucho then asks Takemichi what kind of guy is Tetta Kisaki and why was he kicked out of Toman.

Takemichi told Kakucho that Kisaki tried to take over Toman and failed. Takemichi then asks Kakucho for a favour and expresses his wish to help him see Kisaki because there’s something that he has just got to find out from Kisaki. Kakucho replies that he is not obliged to help Takemichi because his hero now is the leader of Tenjiku, Izana Kurokawa.

In other words, Takemichi and him are enemies now. Kakucho further explains that Kisaki is Tenjiku’s General Staff Officer, so he’s close to Izana and that Takemichi will have to attack if he wants to see Kisaki. Before leaving, Kakucho tells Takemichi to beware of a traitor in Toman.
