Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 1 Recap and Ending Explained
Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 1 has released on Disney+, and in the previous season, we have seen that Takemichi was successful in saving Draken but couldn’t save Baji, and when Takemichi returned to the present timeline, he came to know that he became an executive member of Toman.
Then Takemichi went to the meeting with Chifuyu, the previous Black Dragon members (Kokonoi, Shiba, Inui), and other executives of the Toman gang.
Kisaki came to the meeting and told him there was a traitor among them and killed Chifuyu, then held Takemichi at gunpoint and was about to shoot him.
Kisaki told Takemichi that he was the one who betrayed Toman and, before killing him, said goodbye to Takemichi, “Goodbye, my hero”.
But, before he can shoot Takemichi, we see Kazutora has cut the power supply and saved Takemichi just in time.
Kazutora then saves Takemichi and first beats him up for being corrupt and tells him that the Toman gang beat a woman a similar way a few days earlier, and since when did Toman turn on abusing a woman and harassing them this was not the Toman he was part of.
Then when Takmichi asked Kazutora about the current timeline, Kazutora informed them that in this timeline, Draken was imprisoned and Mikey had disappeared, and nobody knew where he was currently.
Kazutora also told Takemichi that when he came out of jail, he met Chifuyu, and both discussed Toman’s recent past and how bad the scenario is.
Kazutora also stated that the former Black Dragon members who joined Toman later had corrupted Toman, and Kazutora was working to kill all the members of Black Dragon.
He was working with Chifuyu on that, and Chifuyu was tasked to take out Kisaki, but Kisaki found out about the plan and killed him.
Kazutora also informed that Chifuyu was working with a young detective to stop Kisaki.
He further added that Mikey had also turned evil and was killing all the old gang members starting with Mitsuya, who disappeared a couple of days back and still hasn’t been found.
Then he gets a call and learns Pah-chin and Peh-Yan were also killed last night.
Kazutora then informs that it was Kisaki who had given orders to kill Hina.
Finally, Kazutora takes Takemichi to meet the young detective he is working with now; we see it is Naoto himself.

Naoto then arrests Takemichi and takes him to his office for some investigation.
Naoto then showed Takemichi a recording that Chifuyu did, and we see it was Takemichi himself who had ordered the killing of Hina unknowingly based on the orders of Kisaki.
Chifuyu tried to hide the fact because he wanted to protect Takemichi.
Takemichi then became extremely depressed, knowing he was the one who killed Hina, and he could not change the past no matter how hard he tried.
Still, Naoto told him that he had managed to save Draken and Kazutora both.
Naoto motivated Takemichi to try again, and this time he should go after Kisaki and the Black Dragon gang members because, in both timelines, it was Kisaki who had ordered the killing of Hina; hence it couldn’t be a coincidence he must have some connection with Takemichi and Hina, he needs to identify that.
Now, as the officers come to take Takemichi, Naoto tells him to touch his hand to go back in past because if he has been taken by the officers, both of them cannot meet again.
Therefore finally being motivated by Naoto’s words, both shook hands, and Takemichi woke 12 years ago and saw he was in a bowling alley with Hinata.
Takemichi seemed quite good at bowling, and as he took the fourth strike, he saw a player beside him, Hakkai Shiba, the President of the Black Dragon Gang.
Takemichi would now try to stop the death of the former Black Dragon gang and would also try to understand Hakkai.
Both will eventually become friends, and Hakkai will also reveal his life and the plan to kill his brother.
