Gangs of London Season 2 has been released on the big screen, and in the second season, we saw that the city is again on the brink of anarchy after the collapse of Wallace Dumani’s empire.

To restore order in the city, the investors now have bought Koba to take control of the city and create a monopoly which can take over the whole of London’s drug trade.

So what happened at the end of Gangs of London Season 2? Does Sean die? What happens to Koba? Who poisoned Koba? Let us find the answers below.

What happens to Koba? Who poisoned Koba? Is Koba Dead?

Yes! Koba dies at the end of Gangs of London Season 2, and Sean kills him by poisoning his food.

In Gangs of London Season 2 Episode 8, Koba dies, and Sean is the one who poisoned Koba.

It is evident from the beginning that Elliot wanted Koba dead, so he wanted Sean to kill him, and that’s why he managed to influence Sean to some extent so that he could kill Elliot.

Sean achieves that by poisoning Koba’s food. Koba, being poisoned, becomes unconscious; although he tries his best to fight back, he pulls out his gun, but by that time, his body has given up.

He became paralysed and started bleeding from his nose and died. Later, Sean took care of Elliot’s body by dumping it in the trunk.

Does Sean die?

No, Sean doesn’t die at the end of Gangs of London Season 2.

From the start of Gangs of London Season 2, Elliot wanted to take control of London from Sean.

Hence he first wanted Koba dead, which Sean did in episode 8; then, in the showdown, we saw Elliot fighting both Sean and Billy.

Although Billy stabs Elliot multiple times with a screwdriver, giving Sean the upper hand to pour oil on Elliot’s eye and damage his vision but as it turns out, Elliot overpowers both of them and then uses his strength to strangle Sean, but when Billy pleads with him to stop he lets Sean go the end and promises he will going to take everything from him and that’s the reason he is letting him go.

So as per the ending of Gangs of London Season 2, Elliot takes charge of the whole of London alongside Ed and Shannon.

On the other hand, Sean lands in jail because of the murder of Koba, so how would Sean get released from prison in Gangs of London Season 3? Well, only the next season can answer that.

Gangs of London Season 3 is evident as season 2 doesn’t conclude the story. The battle between Sean and Elliot to take charge of London will also be in progress in Season 3.
