The Watcher is one of the newly arrived shows on Netflix; the show follows a married couple moving to their dream home with their two children.
But soon after moving to the new home, they realize they are getting some threatening messages from an anonymous person named The Watcher.
The Watcher Series follows Dean and Nora Brannock, a married couple with two young kids moving into their new dream home in a New Jersey suburb.
The Brannocks buy their dream home ‘657 Boulevard’, a grand property worth 3.3 million dollars.
Dean pours all his assets and money into buying that home, and eventually, after the move in into the six-bedroom property, at first, it is all good. Still, soon things take a huge turn when they start receiving some creepy letters from an anonymous figure who calls themselves “The Watcher.”
The creepy letter even stated they were obsessed with him and monitored them and their children.
After receiving such letters frequently, the couple goes to the police station and lodges a complaint, but the detective dismisses their case, stating these are just pranks.
In our previous article, we discussed who could be the Watcher, and in this article, we will discuss the below questions: Where is the real house in The Watcher? Is The Watcher house still there? Who lives on 657 Boulevard now? How much did The Watcher house sell for? Did the new owners get any letter in The Watcher House?

Where is the real house in The Watcher?
The Watcher House is at 657 Boulevard, Westfield Town, NJ.
Is The Watcher house still there? How much did The Watcher house sell for?
Yes! The Watcher House is still there, and it was finally sold in 2019 for $959,000 to buyers who decided to remain anonymous.
Who lives on 657 Boulevard now? Did the new owners get any letter in The Watcher House?
As per the original case is concerned, the identity of The Watcher is still a mystery, and the case is still open; despite an extensive investigation by Westfield police and private investigation, the mysterious figure who wrote all the letters is still not identified.
But as per The Cut and The Tab, The New House of the Watcher was reportedly bought by Andrew and Allison Carr for $959,000 in 2019; and the new owners have not received any letters from the Watcher.
The reason could be that the owners were local; hence, they didn’t receive those creepy letters; the people later on also questioned whether the Broaddus family, especially Dean, made the whole thing up so that he could sell the house.
But as per their interview, they stated they didn’t do anything, and all of their experience was true.
As of writing this article, the mysterious person who sent those creepy letters is yet to be identified.
