A Recap of Kiss Sixth Sense Episode 12

At the beginning of Kiss Sixth Sense Episode 12, we find cops and an ambulance arriving at the reservoir where Cha lies down stabbed. Detective Yang arrests Haejun, and Cha is taken to the hospital.

In the hospital, Yesool remembers Cha, who was her childhood friend. Then, in a flashback sequence, we find how they met for the first time.

Yesool was crying at the gate of Noel’s orphanage when Cha saw her for the first time. He thought that Yesool’s parents had abandoned her and left her there.

However, Yesool tells him that she is new to this place and is lost. Cha searches the whole village and finally takes her home.

Yesool’s worried parents thank him profusely. When Cha tells them he is an orphan, they ask him to consider himself a family member.

Cha and Yesool grow very fond of each other & spend time together. One day when they come home after playing, Cha sees Yesool’s father’s dead body in the living room, which Haejun killed.

Seeing the murderer behind the curtain, he runs along with Yesool. Haejun follows them. Cha hides Yesool near the reservoir, and himself goes to mislead Haejun.

When he comes back for Yesool, she slips into the reservoir. Cha jumps in after her and pulls her out. He resurrects her, and he loses consciousness.

When Yesool wakes up in the hospital two days later, her subconscious mind has forgotten all about this incident. Her mother takes her away from the painful memories of the United States.

Yesool resigns from her work to look after Cha and is given a one-month leave instead. Jiyoung visits Cha in the hospital and cries hysterically. Her father meets Yesool.

A depressed Dr Seungtaek is not eating properly, which is the talk among the intern doctors. So, Ban takes food for him, breaking the ice between them.

Yesool gets a call from the doctor informing her that Cha has regained consciousness. Cha initially and hilariously gives Yesool a taste of her own medicine by pretending not to know her.

Later, when they kiss, Yesool finds that her visions are gone, and Cha finds that his symptoms are gone.

Cha and Yesool realise that they got their special abilities only to protect each other, and when they accomplish this, they lose their powers, making it possible for them to lead an everyday life.

They go to Yesool’s usual hide-out place, where Lee has left an emotional parting letter for Yesool before leaving for the United Kingdom.

Kiss Sixth Sense Episode 12 Ending Explained: what happens to the other two couples? Do Yesool and Cha live happily ever after?

One year, we find that Yesool has become a challenging task master like Cha. She gives the directors sleepless nights, most of which are on doses of antidepressants.

She has become quite demanding not only at her workplace but in her relationship with Cha as well. They fight like anything and break up at the drop of a hat.

Elsewhere we find that Dr Seungtaek and Ban have decided to marry. Lee has also returned, and Jiyoung publicly proposes to him at a press conference, which Lee seems to accept.

The fights between Yesool and Cha are nothing but a lover’s quarrel as they can’t live without each other for a moment.

When a seemingly angry Yesool leaves Cha’s place, she hopes he is following her. And he does follow her, saying sorry, and they kiss.

In the end scene, we find Yesool’s eyes getting dilated, just like when she used to have visions. Whether Yesool got back her unique ability is anybody’s guess!
