A Recap of Only Murders In The Building Season 2 Episode 2

Only Murders In The Building Season 2 Episode 2 has been titled “Framed”.

At the beginning of Only Murders In The Building Season 2 Episode 2, we are taken into the past when Bunny’s great grandfather Archibald was the architect of Arconia.

Being the architect, he was aware of all the secret passageways and elevators of the Building.

Cut to the present timeline, and we find the trio of Charles, Mabel and Oliver fretting over how to return the painting to Bunny’s apartment.

Just then, Howard presses the doorbell to inform us that a memorial meeting is happening at Bunny’s apartment.

The trio decides to go to the memorial meeting, where Charles will stay back and open the secret elevator door so they can sneak the painting back into Bunny’s apartment.

They find that Nina Lynn has become the new board president at the meeting. They also find that one of Howard’s eyes is bruised, who explains that his pet cat has scratched him.

Bunny’s mother, Lenora Folger, arrives at the memorial meeting and claims that she is the actual owner of the painting and produces a receipt of the same.

Mabel goes to meet Alice Banks, who shows her sculpture to Mabel, giving her an axe and asking her to destroy the same.

Mabel is shocked at first but breaks the sculpture anyway. She feels this to be a liberating experience and kisses Alice after this.

Oliver and Mabel take the painting downstairs, where Charles was supposed to open the secret elevator door from inside. Instead, Charles came out of the elevator but accidentally shut it down.

The trio has to dump the painting near the trash bin. When Charles comes later to retrieve the painting, he finds it gone.
