‘Welcome to Wedding Hell’ is one of the recently released K-Dramas on Netflix.
The series introduces two characters, Seo Jun-Hyeong ( played by Lee Jin-Wook) and Kim Na-Eun (played by Lee Yeon-Hee).
Both Jun-Hyeong and Na-Eun have been in a romantic relationship for more than two years.
Jun-Hyeong is in his late 30s (36 years) and works in a Public Service. Na-Eun also works for a large company and is 30 years old.
Na-Eun is more of a romantic personality in the relationship, and she wants to get married to Jun-Hyeong and get settled upon discussing with her besties Hui-Seon & Su-Yeon, she decides to ask Jun-Hyeong whether they should get married or not, but it seemed whenever Na-Eun puts up any word regarding marriage Jun-Hyeong gets uncomfortable and ignores it.

Welcome to Wedding Hell Episode 1 Recap: The First Pitch
Welcome to Wedding Hell Episode 1 starts with the introduction of Jun-Hyeong and Na-Eun, who have been in a romantic relationship for more than two years.
Jun-Hyeong is in his late 30s (36 years) and works in a Public Service. Na-Eun also works in a good company and is 30 years old.
Na-Eun feels she and Jun-Hyeong should get married and settle down.
She discussed the same with her besties, Hui-Seon & Su-Yeon. Hui-Seon advised her otherwise that marriage is not the correct option.
Even if she is thinking about getting married, she should not pitch the first idea of marriage first.
Na-Eun feels this is the correct age for her to get married, plus she has been in a relationship with Jun-Hyeong for more than two years, and both are earning well and doing good in their life, so they should get married as they are already in their 30s.
But whenever Na-Eun puts any word on marriage, Jun-Hyeong feels uncomfortable and ignores the questions.
This puts Na-Eun in a dilemma whether Jun-Hyeong is even serious about the relationship.
Towards the end of Episode 1, both Na-Eun and Jun-Hyeong went to a romantic dinner where Na-Eun again pokes about marriage, and Jun-Hyeong dodges those questions.

As it turns out, towards the end of Welcome to Wedding Hell Episode 1, Jun-Hyeong is madly in love with Na-Eun, even though he had faced hardships during his past relationships.
But currently, with Na-Eun, he feels stable, and he thinks he has found the right girl for himself.
He got scared of the questions related to marriage earlier because he thought that Na-Eun would break up with him, so he dodged the answers because he didn’t know how to react to such situations.
But towards the end of Welcome to Wedding Hell Episode 1, Jun-Hyeong suprised Na-Eun by arranging a surprise party for Na-Eun on a yacht.
Although he didn’t get a chance to propose appropriately to Na-Eun, cause that time, Na-Eun was getting irritated. She went into the yacht room, where the room was being decorated for the surprise proposal.
After this, Na-Eun realised why Jun-Hyeong had bought her here; she also felt bad about how much she overthought about Jun-Hyeong.
Episode 1 finally concludes nicely with The duo just blossoming into wholesomeness. Jun-Hyeong proposed to Na-Eun to marry him, and she said “Yes”.
