Yes! Arthur Harrow is dead in Moon Knight and, along with Ammit, is also contained for eternity in Arthur’s body in a mortal form which means Ammit is dead as well. Therefore this concludes the chapter of Arthur and Ammit, and we will not going to see them anymore in Moon Knight Season 2.
The third avatar of Khonshu, Jake Lockley, killed Harrow. In the post-credit scene of Moon Knight, we see Arthur Harrow in a mental hospital. Then, Jake Lockley appears with a limousine, takes Arthur Harrow out of the hospital, and throws him inside the car.
Arthur Harrow saw Khonshu sitting inside the car. Arthur sees Khonsu and says, “Khonshu! You cannot hurt us”.
But Khonshu replies, “You want to hear something funny, Arthur; Marc Spector truly believed that Khonshu would wish his wife Layla to be his next avatar. But why would he ever need anybody else when he has no idea how troubled he truly is? Meet my friend Jake Lockley.”
We see Jake Lockley taking the gun and killing Arthur Harrow. This means Arthur, along with Ammit, who was contained in Arthur’s body, is dead.

So maybe Steven and Marc couldn’t comprehend Khonshu’s tricks and fell right into his trap.
In the end, when we saw Steven and Marc waking up directly after the incident in Cairo. We think after that incident in Cairo, Jake Lockley might have taken over Marc’s body, and he did the assassination of Arthur Harrow and Ammit to stop them for eternity.
Khonshu suggested the same to Marc as well, but at that time, Marc didn’t agree with Khonshu and told Khonshu to free him and Steven. So while Khonshu freed Steven and Marc, Jake Lockley, the third avatar, continued to serve Khonshu, and unknowing maybe after the whole Cairo incident, Marc turned into Jake Lockley and killed Arthur Harrow.
