The promo begins with Shaun revealing the lack of intimacy between him and Lea to Glassman. It’s been for nine consecutive days, and Shaun seems to take advice from his colleagues to get over it.
Things are moving from a serious tone to comedic as Shaun tries giving massage to Lea only for her to fall asleep. Workplace spontaneity doesn’t seem to work as well, so what will Shaun do now?

The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 11 has been a heart-warming episode, especially for Shaun. We have covered it in a separate post, but here is a brief recap of the episode.
Episode 11 is titled ‘Family,’ and the official synopsis read, “Dr Shaun Murphy makes a personal connection with a precocious young patient which threatens his objectivity.
Meanwhile, while volunteering at a long-term facility, Dr Morgan Reznick realizes she could help Dr Aaron Glassman’s clinic by offering telemedicine services for nursing homes and care facilities.”
The young patient mentioned above is Isla; she and Shaun opened up about their troubling situations.
It created a bond between them, and later in the episode, Shaun hugging her gave us the vibe that he is getting more comfortable with making personal connections.
Andrews returned as the president of St. Bonaventure and reinstated Audrey Lim as the chief of Surgery. Lim wasn’t ready to give him credit, and the friction led to a confrontation later.
Shaun re-proposed Lea, and they are pretty happy to be where they are in life without the pressure of marriage, but it’s still on.
Morgan’s doings have cost the clinic, but she managed to save the day.
Despite coming up with the idea to keep the clinic, she decided to work under Glassman, who would be taking care of the clinic.
