Forecasting Love and Weather Season 1 Episode 4 is about to land on Netflix and promises to be an eventful one. The newly appointed and the youngest director Ha Kyung has promised herself that she will never date a colleague ever again.
However, love seems to be knocking yet again at her door and this time, too, at her workplace. And to top it all, she has to face her bitter past every day at her workplace.
In the third instalment of Forecasting Love and Weather Season 1, we watched the internal conflict of Ha Kyung as she struggled to get over the awkwardness of her one night fling with Lee Si-woo when she was in such a drunken state that she could not even remember any of it.

Forecasting Love and Weather Season 1 Episode 4 will likely take the workplace conflict of Ha Kyung with Han Ki-jun and Chae Yoo-Jin, who are angry with Ha Kyung over the apartment issue further.

A Recap of Forecasting Love and Weather Season 1 Episode 3
Forecasting Love and Weather Season 1 Episode 3 has been titled “In Between Seasons” and begins with a now sober and visibly embarrassed Ha Kyung telling Lee Si-woo that they have to be mature and calm about it all. When Lee is out of the shower, he finds her gone.
Back home, Ha Kyung finds her mom and sister fretting over her disappearance that night. After making some excuses, Ha Kyung gets inside her room and starts crying, which upsets her mom and sister even further.
Ha Kyung later gathers herself and gets ready for the office when she realises she has dropped her car keys in the hotel room.
Elsewhere, we find Lee coming to the office and telling the viewers about the ambiguity of the time between two seasons when it is neither cold nor hot. He reflects on whether to take a hot or a cold drink. He decides on the latter, and not much later, sneezes.

She messages her team member to ask the Senior forecaster Um to take her place at the meeting, but he simply ignores her instruction.
It is pretty apparent that Senior forecaster Um resents the fact that he is now a subordinate of someone much younger than him.
Senior forecaster Um is also grappling at his home front with the fact that his wife, son and daughter are not comfortable with his presence at home. They have lived without him for fifteen years, and now he seems like a stranger to them.
Ha Kyung rushes to the office, gasping for breath, and when she is asked to take over her place at the meeting, she is unable to speak for a few moments.
They are there to make a crucial decision on whether to lift the high wind warning. Because of this warning, the fishers cannot go into the sea and are very upset about it. Ha Kyung admits that she is yet to analyse the situation thoroughly.
How Does Lee Si-woo Help Ha Kyung?
Senior forecaster Um and Lee Si-woo differ in their opinions, and it is left upon the young director to make a decision. Ha Kyung decides to monitor the situation for some more time as they can’t take any chance. Ha Kyung later finds that Lee has quietly kept her car keys at her table.
Meanwhile, tired of taking the complaint calls of the fishers, Han Ki-jun comes to confront Ha Kyung, and they have another public clash. He asks for the preliminary report about this matter and accuses Ha Kyung of taking it out on him because of their personal differences.

Lee later finds Ha Kyung sneezing, to which she says that she is suffering from allergic rhinitis due to the weather changes. Lee gives her medicines when he discovers that she is also suffering from fever.
Lee calls some fishers and learns about the shape of clouds and the calmness of the sea. He feels that the alert can partially be lifted, and large vessels can be allowed into the sea.
However, Ha Kyung disagrees and says that her decisions are based on scientific evidence and not some hunch.
Forecasting Love and Weather Season 1 Episode 3 Ending Explained
Meanwhile, we find the mother and sister of Ha Kyung shopping at a mall. The mother comes across a friend who starts bragging about her daughters’ happy married lives and shows pity on her that her elder daughter is divorced and her younger daughter’s marriage broke up.
Ha Kyung’s mom gets quite upset and starts drinking heavily on returning home. Ha Kyung’s sister calls her and asks her to come home late.
Meanwhile, Chae Yoo-Jin feels uncomfortable with Lee’s presence at the office and confronts him. At her home front, all is not well as Han expects her to keep their apartment prim and proper, and they have fights over this issue.

Ha Kyung comes to Chae’s apartment, where she is selling off the things she had jointly purchased with Han. She is to meet the prospective buyer of the air purifier and finds that Lee is the buyer when he turns up at her doorstep.
Lee gives her some helpful tips about selling those items and also advises her not to sell the apartment as she can’t run from memories of Han forever.
On a lighter note, he asks her to buy him dinner, and they go to a restaurant.
Ha Kyung is shocked to find the members of her team arriving at the restaurant and hides as she doesn’t want them spreading rumours about her.
Lee is upset that Ha Kyung doesn’t want to be seen with him and asks her what he means to her and whether she has any feelings for him or not.
