Season of Heritage in Pokémon Go has brought in the debut of Druddigon. The first event that we will see in December is the Dragonspiral Descent, where Druddigon will appear for the first time.
There will be many particular ways in which the players will be able to come face to face with this Pokémon. Druddigon is a special one as it is a Dragon-type Pokémon. The players must know their ways to get hold of it before it vanishes away from the game.

There are two ways a player can get hold of would Dragon-type Pokémon. The first way would be to look for a 3-star raid. This is the most straightforward way of capturing the Pokémon.
There are chances that we will find Druddigon as a contender while the players are in the 3-star raids. As it is a 3-star raid, the players will not find it challenging to defeat Druddigon.

The other way the players can get hold of Druddigon is by doing field research. All total, three tasks have been kept for the Dragonspiral Descent event. These tasks have very few chances of getting you an encounter compared to the previous method.
It is rare to get a Dragon-type Pokémon just by doing field research tasks.
Suppose you are interested in catching Druddigon, then you should focus more on the 3-star raids.
We have no idea whether Druddigon will be a part of the raid rotation for this season. There is also no confirmed news whether this Pokémon will remain after the event gets over on the 12th of December, 2021.
