A Recap of Mayor of Kingston Episode 5
Mayor of Kingston Episode 5 has been titled “Orion.”
In the opening scene of Mayor of Kingston Episode 5, Mike is seen arriving at the location of the pizza parlor shootout, where the authorities are questioning Kyle and Ian.
Several negotiations later, Mike is allowed to plant drugs on the deceased body to frame it as a drug bust case.
Later, Mike is visited by a man from the District Attorney’s office. The Attorney’s daughter was brutally killed by James Parker, who is presently in prison and about to be executed very soon.
The Attorney asks Mike to extract another confession out of James Parker so that the Attorney can file for the extension of Parker’s execution. The Attorney does not want Parker’s suffering to end so soon. So, he wants to extend his execution date.

Mike goes to Bunny to find help in this case, where he learns that James Parker is a serial killer.
In return for his help, Bunny asks Mike to take his nephew, Hakim, to a hockey match. During the game, Hakim is subjected to repeated racist abuses by the players and their parents.
Mike, too, hits back one of the parents in favour of Hakim. On their way back, Mike assures Hakin that in the next match, they will come prepared with a bunch of brawlers, who would fight at their side. This idea pleases Hakim to no end.
Mike is also approached by a man called Duchard. Duchard seeks help from Mike to get his brother out of prison. He says that his brother was a brilliant student and was arrested just because he was present during a drug bust.
Mike learns that the young boy is working in Bunny’s gang, and he asks Bunny to let go of him, to which Bunny reluctantly agrees.
At the end of the Mayor of Kingston Episode 5, Mike and Bunny are seen bonding over drinks and looking up at the constellations.
