Only Murders in the Building Episode 5 will be releasing very soon in the upcoming week. The show is turning out to be one where the murder mystery is not that easy to solve. The series is also well known for its humor rather than just the suspense it is creating.
This, however, does not mean that the drama factor in the show has not been designed well, but at times we find that the show intentionally misguides its audience and the primary characters from the truth.
A similar misdirection has been cleverly portrayed in the fourth episode of the show. We see that Mabel, Oliver, and Charles come up to the conclusion that Sting, the musical superstar, has actually killed Tim.
The trio has a proper reason and a theory that makes them believe that Sting has murdered Tim. Tim had lost a lot of money whose client was Sting. Both of them had a heated argument, and that is another reason why Sting also believes that Tim might have died because of it.
Mabel, Oliver, and Charles are sure that Tim’s death was not suicide but murder, and they realize that Sting might not have been the killer.
In Only Murders in the Building Episode 5, we will get to know further about Tim Kono’s killer. If you are interested to know about the upcoming episode, then we have everything covered for you.

What can we expect from Only Murders in the Building Episode 5?
Only Murders in the Building Episode 5 is given the title Twist. This episode will indicate the midpoint of the first season. As we have almost come in the middle, a twist in the plot is now mandatory.
The title of Only Murders in the Building Episode 5 could actually refer to Oliver and Charles getting to know about Mabel’s link to Tim Kono, who has been supposedly murdered. The viewers of the show might also have got an idea by now, but it is still going to be a twist for all the elder friends of Mabel.
It will be very interesting to figure out how both these friends react to the information that they have recently found out. We will see that Oliver does not have much time left to pay the fees for his building.
He is now bent on working on his podcast so that it becomes a big hit overnight. This could lead him to penetrate deeper into Mabel’s past and life and ultimately cause a conflict in the group. We might also get to see Mabel revealing the details and the clues that she has been able to get her hands on from the apartment.
Towards the end part of Only Murders in the Building Episode 5, we see a tie-dye hoodie guy following Mabel as she makes her way towards a jewelry shop. Tim had mentioned the jewelry shop on a note which he left in his apartment.
This could be a major twist that would come for the audience of the show as we will get to know about the identity of mysteries man with the hood and how he is connected to Tim’s death.
Who knows, this hoodie guy could ultimately turn out to be one of Mabel, Tim, and Oscar’s childhood friends who have just been bailed out of prison in Only Murders in the Building Episode 5.
A quick recap of the Only Murders in the Building Episode 4.
First and foremost, the good news that Only Murders in the Building Episode 4 gives us is that Winnie, Oliver’s dog, has survived the poisoning. Oliver now thinks that he has become a big musical superstar and the leader of the group.
Sting became the attacker and is also the person who has given the threatening “End the podcast or I end you” on his apartment’s door.
Things don’t seem to look good for Sting. We see in the show that Sting has lost several million because of the mismanaged funds by Wright and Ogilvie, his previous firm. They also happen to be the former employer of Tim Kono. This makes us believe that Sting could be a possible motive.
We see Steve Martin’s character, Charles, adding more pieces to the puzzle as he remembers Howard saying that Tim was very short-tempered, and this got worse as he was fired for losing the money of a big client. So the big client that is being referred to over here could possibly be Sting.
Before Sting had left town suspiciously, the trio- Oliver, Mabel, and Charles had visited him. They had brought him a turkey for breakfast, and they all sat together for a chat. Sting apologized to Oliver for his rude behavior towards Winnie in the elevator.
He then admitted that he had fired Tim as Tim had lost him a lot of money. According to whatever has been mentioned in the police accounts, Sting believes that Tim has committed suicide.
At the ending of the Only Murders in the Building Episode 4, new mysteries are unraveled. Oliver and Charles get to know that Mabel is connected to Tim Kono in some way.
Will, Oliver’s son, remembers her as a kid. He also tells both Oliver and Charles that Mabel might have kept this a secret in order to avoid any kind of suspicion.
After this, we see Mabel making her way towards the jewelry store, and a guy is following her in a hoodie. Stay connected with MediaScrolls to know more about Only Murders in the Building Episode 5 and the mysteries that will be unraveled in the upcoming new episode.
