SAS: Rise of the Black Swan’ or ‘SAS: Red Notice is an action thriller released a few days back. The film is about a British SAS (or Special Air Service) agent, Tom Buckingham, played by Sam Heughan, born in a privileged family and is currently on a rescue operation to save the passengers of a train being taken hostage by a group of mercenaries.
As Tom goes and starts eliminating the mercenaries one by one, he and Grace get involved in a deadly game where both of their lives are at stake.

Will there be a sequel to SAS: Rise of the Black Swan? And What Can be the release date?
‘SAS: Rise of the Black Swan’ hasn’t been renewed for a sequel yet; the filmmakers haven’t revealed anything about the sequel.
However, in an interview, Sam Heughan who plays Tom Buckingham in the film had shared his interest in portraying the Tom Buckingham character once again on the big screen. He said he would be interested in exploring more on Tom’s psychopathic traits in the future projects of the franchise.
Andy McNab’s ‘Red Notice,’ book has a sequel named ‘Fortress,’ which was released in 2014 and there is another book as well titled “State of Emergency,” which was released in 2015, so comprehending all this one thing we can surely assume that there is a possibility of a sequel of ‘SAS: Rise of the Black Swan.’
Although the film received a good response from the fans, due to the COVID situation, the movie’s performance at the box office wasn’t impressive.
But in digital platforms such as Netflix, the filming is performing well and receiving good viewership around the globe. So based on that, there is a reasonable chance that the filmmakers will make a sequel to the film.
If it happens, we will probably have to wait till 2023 to witness the big screen of the SAS: Rise of the Black Swan sequel.
What Can We Expect from the SAS: Rise of the Black Swan Sequel?
SAS: Rise of the Black Swan film ended with the Black Swans mercenary group getting wiped out. Tom, later on, kills Grace and marries Grace, then received a call from Clements, who informs him that they have managed to trace the location of Declan and the money he attained from being a mole. So Tom goes on chasing Declan, and the film ends there.
In the sequel, we might get to see Tom’s going behind Declan, plus as discussed above, the second film will most probably be based on the 2014 novel ‘Fortress’ by McNab.
This film will most probably showcase Tom’s delusional side with psychopathic tendencies. He will most likely move back to secret operations to deal with the terrorists, rebels, and assassins.
