In Scarlet Nexus Episode 7, Kaito takes charge of the government after his father’s assassination. He decides to regroup the organization after several members of the Other Suppression Force (OSF) flee to Seiran. Hence, he gives Yuito the power to lead his Platoon and become a hero for the nation.
Kyouya and Aisa begin to wonder when they see Yuito so confused and completely unaware of everything that is happening. Yuito realizes that he has lost his memory and does not member anything that occurred after he went to his brother’s office when he finds himself outside with his group.
When the rest of the members find out about it, they get tensed. Yuito finally remembers being summoned by his brother and that his brother had told them everything. However, he is unable to recall anything else and wonders whether he asked Kaito Sumeragi about the secrets of the country.
Luka notices this lost memory and advises Yuito to visit the OSF Hospital, and Watari also assures that he would help. Hanabi announces that the director-general of the OSF Hospital is her uncle and offers to help Yuito get in touch with her uncle.
Unaware of what is happening, Yuito agrees to meet Hanabi’s uncle with the hope of finding out what is wrong.
While Yuito’s team was dealing with his lost memory, Kasane narrates what she saw in the future and finds out that Seiran has her sister.
At the hospital, Garrison reaches out to Watari to find out if there is something wrong with Yuito’s brain data, only to find out that there is nothing wrong and Yuito’s brain is fine. Luka tells the team that they are on patrol duty and that Yuito is their new Commander.
When the group notices suspicious activities in the hospital, they try to find out whether Nagi is alive. They finally discover that Nagi has been secretly kept at the hospital, who is apparently being moved to a different place now.
The team reaches Lukosho as they follow the trace. They fight with the Other and defeat them in this city that has apparently been destroyed because of an attack by the Other.
