AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT is only provided to OEMs and system integrators
The AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT has not been distributed as of now by the company to the press. This has been kept exclusively for the OEMs and the ones who are integrating the entire system. If you want to purchase this graphics card, then, unfortunately, right now, it is not available anywhere, not even on AMD’s official stores. AMD has not made any kind of commitment to launch this graphics card for their customers. PCGH has decided to purchase an entire system that fits with this graphics card for testing the card and adding the card’s performance to the index.
The AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT was first purchased for a system that was designed and built by Dubaro. The specifications do not hold the limelight as the graphics card was attached to the test system that PCGH owned. AMD has also refused to mention or say anything as to why it is not ready to sell this graphics card to its customers and has kept it restricted just for the OEMs.
Presently in the market, we will find that the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT is the quickest RDNA2 GPU. If we compare this model with all the other RX 6000 desktops, then the advantage that it provides is liquid cooling. This particular feature has let AMD adjust the GPU clocks and limit the power on its Navi 21 model. The card has been confirmed to come with a 2250/2435 MHz clock speed. This is the only graphics card that provides an 18.5 Gbps memory. This lets the bandwidth go up to 591.1 Gbps, which is really amazing.

The AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT comes with a greater value of TDP to 350 Watt. Further adjustments can increase the value up to 400 Watt. This graphics card will take the place of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti in terms of ray-tracing capabilities and rasterization during the gameplay. So it is confirmed to be the fastest and the best performing graphics card from AMD currently.
Obviously, we would all like to know about the temperature, power consumption, and noise that this card produces. Asetek has designed the all-in-one cooling solution. This solution can very effectively dissipate the heat from the card and make it function very smoothly. PCGH has conducted their tests, and they have mentioned that the temperature goes up to 80 degrees Celsius during heavy load. This is a good value if we consider 284 Watts of power alone is being used by the GPU in the system. The coolant temperature has been reported never to exceed the mark of 60 degrees Celsius.
If we talk about the noise that the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT produces, it is much less than the air-cooled cards. The liquid cooling feature that is there in the graphics card never stops. It will be audible during the entire time when the system is being used, either for gaming or for watching videos. We have not heard of such reports for the RX 6000 graphics cards or the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090-3070 models of graphics cards.
