Actor Robert Emms now Joined the Cast of ‘Rogue One’ Spin-off Series Andor
Robert Emms is going to join the cast of Lucasfilm, as well as Andor.
Robert Emms has joined the cast of Lucasfilm, and the Disney+ Rogue One spin-off series Andor who’s filming is currently going on in the United Kingdom. The actor was seen previously in series such as Chernobyl and His Dark Materials. It’s a spy thriller tv show and concerns Cassian Andor’s character, played by Diego Luna, who reprised his role. It’s about the events before Rogue One when the rebellion against the Empire started.
Adria Arjona, Genevieve O’Reilly, Stellan Skarsgard, Denise Gough, Fiona Shaw, and Kyle Soller are the other cast members other than Diego Luna. According to Deadline, the filming is expected to get finished by summer. The first season consists of 12 episodes and is directed by Toby Haynes. Ben Caron and Sussana White will also join as directors. Stephen Schiff and Tony Gilroy are the writers. Neal Scanlan will take care of the creature and droid effects. He performed the same also for Star Wars film in Disney Plus, which includes Rogue One. Meanwhile, Ewan McGregor’s Obi-Wan Kenobi series for Disney Plus has just started getting filmed in the UK.
