Poco F3 GT has been creating a lot of excitement among many of the people in India. In China, we saw that the Redmi K40 Gaming smartphone was launched by the company Xiaomi. The phone was then launched all over the globe. This phone is supposed to come as a rebranded phone in India, supposedly the Poco F3 GT. However, it faces a significant delay due to the second wave of the Corona Virus pandemic.
Very recently, a few rumors stated that the said phone, which was still being expected to be a rebranded form of Redmi K40 Gaming, is not so. Instead, this phone could be a totally new device or a Lite variant of the K40 gaming smartphone. The processor which is being equipped in the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 1100 chip.
There are several features in the Redmi K40 Gaming that are very focused and specific towards gaming. A few of these features would include the RGB lighting and the shoulder physical trigger buttons. These features make it look even more like a gaming smartphone. The video teased in the tweet shows that these features are present and remove any kind of fear. The video also teases the MediaTek Dimensity 1100 processor, which is being used.

The chipset provides the capability of 5G connectivity. This is exactly the same processor chipset that is being used in phones like OnePlus CE 5G and the Realme X7 Max. These phones have not launched as of now. However, they will be launching very soon.
This comes in line with a leak that came out earlier. This leak had confirmed that Poco F3 GT was actually the rebranded version of Redmi K40 Gaming. It had appeared on one of the e-commerce websites. The Redmi K40 Gaming has an AMOLED display that is 6.67 inches in size.
There is a fast refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sampling frequency of 480 Hz. In addition, there is certification of HDR10+, stereo speakers by JBL, a certificate for the high resolution that the phone provides, and several other features.
Earlier, we reported on the official launch of the Poco M3 Pro 5G, which is reported to arrive with an exclusive design. So, Poco has decided to shift its gears, and it seems we will get more updates down the line.
Expected Specifications of Poco F3 GT
Poco F3 GT has some really special features. A few of them would be the shoulder buttons that can be used while gaming, an 11,540 mm square vapor chamber that supports thermal management. In addition, there is a 4D vibration motor that gives the proper haptic feedback and an antenna placement that can be customized.
In terms of the camera, the device sports three sensors at the rear side. The primary sensor which has been used is a 64 MP lens. Next comes an ultra-wide-angle lens of 8 MP, and lastly, there is a macro-shooting lens of 2 MP. Finally, the front camera houses a 16 MP lens for clicking decent selfies and attending video calls. The phone comes with a big battery of 5,056 mAh, which supports quick charging of 67 Watt. Rumors say Poco F3 GT can achieve 100% charging in just 42 minutes.
