The new Sony Xperia Ace 2 has been equipped with two cameras in the rear. One of them has a sensor of 13 MP, and the other one has a depth sensor of 2 MP. The phone has a notch on display, which fits the selfie camera. Water resistance rating of IPX8 has also been provided, and we will get to see only one RAM and internal storage capacity in the phone. However, there are three different colors to choose from.

The phone has been revealed in japan as the successor of the earlier Xperia Ace. The earlier phone had launched in 2019. If you are looking for a pocket-friendly, compact phone, then this is it. The processor used here is from MediaTek, which has eight cores to make things better. The sad part is that the phone offers us just one RAM and internal storage option. IPX8 water resistance certification protects the phone, and the operating system in the phone is the Android 11.

Specifications of Sony Xperia Ace 2

The phone features a display of 5.5 inches. It is an HD+ screen, having a pixel count of 720 x 1,496, with a notch for the front camera. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 processor, and the OS used here is Android 11. The only storage variant which we had mentioned earlier comes with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. However, there is one good thing. We can increase the onboarding storage of the phone by using a memory card.

In the front, the selfie camera has an 8 MP sensor, which does the work of clicking decent selfies and attending video calls. At the back, the two cameras have the ability to shoot decent videos and photos. One of the sensors at the back is a 13 MP primary sensor, and the other is a depth sensor of 8 MP.

Almost all kinds of connectivity options are there on the phone, like Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm headphone jack, an USB Type-C charging port, and 4G connectivity. The sensors present are ambient light sensors, accelerometers, and proximity sensors. The side-mounted power button functions as the fingerprint scanner in the phone. The phone has a battery of 4,500 mAh. The dimensions would be 140 x 69 x 8.9 mm and 159 grams in weight.
