Friends: The Reunion special was delayed for a very long time, and finally it HBO Max will bring it for all the fans. They will first bring a streamer that will be announcing the official date of the premiere. The show will debut on the 27th of May, only on HBO Max. However, we saw that HBO Max just released the first trailer teaser for the show.
The show will debut on the occasion of one year anniversary of the channel’s launch. The special was supposed to release on the same day last year. However, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the show got delayed many times. The filming was supposed to start in February 2020, but the work started late in April.
All our favorite stars from the show- Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matthey Perry, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer will return. They have all gathered together in Stage 24, the show’s original soundstage. The Warner Bros. Studio in Burbank will be very excited to bring the show again. The stars will be receiving around 2.5 million dollars for being a part of this special.

Ben Winston has directed the special and produces it along with the show’s executive producers, Marta Kauffman, David Crane, and Kevin Bright. This special will originate from the Unscripted Television of Warner Bros along with Warner Horizon, Bright/Kauffman/Crane Productions, and Fulwell 73 Productions. Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matthey Perry, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer are also the executive producers of the show. James Longman, Stacey Thomas-Muir, and Emma Conway are the co-executive producers.

In 2020, we saw all the ten Seasons of Friends had left Netflix and made a deal with HBO Max. This deal cost WarnerMedia more than 400 million dollars for holding the rights over the series.
