The last week of April will be packed with a large number of launches of smartphones across several brands and companies. It is being said that a Redmi Gaming Phone will be hitting the markets at the same time as well. Although the company has not revealed or mentioned anything about such launch events, the news is in the air there will surely be one during the last week of April.

The name that has been mentioned above is also being mentioned in the official poster. But we are sure about this fact the phone indeed comes with a proper name. The most important part about the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC on which the phone will launch. This indeed is something that the company can boast of now being the first phone in which MediaTek equips its latest and strongest processor.

Sina Digital, the Chinese tipster, has mentioned that the phone has achieved its network access certification. Even in the recent post on Weibo, details about the smartphone’s display and other specifications have been discussed. It has been revealed that the display will be a Samsung E4 AMOLED one which supports a fast refresh rate of 144 Hz. In the front, we will see a punch-hole cutout for the camera. This punch hole will be at the screen’s top center.

There has been a total confirmation about the processor of the phone. MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC will be fitted in the phone. The phone comes with a big battery of 5,000 mAh, which will support fast charging of up to 65 Watt.

If we are hoping how much the phone is going to cost us, then the tipster has provided information for that as well. The phone will cost around ¥2000, or ₹22,861, or $306, or €256. If this price turns out to be true, then this will be the first smartphone and the only one that can be called the cheapest gaming smartphone all over the world.
