HBO Max will bring the most awaited Friends Reunion special with all the stars
David Schwimmer had brought up this event while giving a virtual interview on The Graham Norton show. This came to the United Kingdom this Friday. People in the United States will see this on the 9th of April on BBC AMERICA. He had mentioned that he would be going to Los Angeles to shoot the reunion of the show. He shared his excitement about getting to meet all his co-stars together for the first time after 17 years. Schwimmer could not reveal much about the show, but he said that all the stars in the show would come as themselves and not in any character.
As the show was over 17 years ago, Graham Norton asked Schwimmer whether he has been watching the old episodes. He replied that he has not been able to watch it till now, but he will surely be spending most of his time watching them for the coming five days to bring back old memories. There are a total of 236 episodes if we combine all the seasons. Seeing this number, it seems David Schwimmer is going to have quite a busy and enjoyable upcoming five days.
The show aired for ten seasons from 1994 to 2004. In February 2020, the reunion was first announced, and it was supposed to premiere in May 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everything got delayed. The original soundstage of the show in Warner Bros. studio, Stage 24, in Burbank, Calif. Ben Winston will be directing the show, and its executive producers are David Crane, Marta Kauffman, and Kevin Bright.
It was once one of the most popular shows and is still now one of the most talked-about shows. The fans are eagerly waiting to see the new content that will start filming next week.
