According to the reports, the Bridgerton Season 2 will be centered on Anthony Bridgerton, which Jonathan Bailey will portray. This all is to keep Julia Quinn’s source novel, which jumps between the Bridgerton family members. Daphne Bridgerton, played by Pheobe Deynevor, will continue to remain as one of the most important characters for season 2.

Season 2 will mainly focus on Anthony Bridgerton(Jonathan Bailey); season 2 production will begin in the early parts of 2021. Fellow breakout Pheobe Deynevor will continue to appear in Bridgerton as Daphne Bridgerton and will continue to remain as one of the essential contributors to the story as a devoted wife and a sister.
Bridgerton Season 2 will continue a suitable marriage for the eldest son Anthony played by Jonathan Bailey as chronicled in the second book of New York Times bestselling author Julia Quinn’s book series, ‘The Viscount Who Loved Me.’ The actor Simone Ashley will play the female lead in the second season.
The show will also feature Nicola Coughlan, Claudia Jessie, Ruby Barker, Luke Thompson, Ruby Stokes, Luke Newton, Will Tilston, Adjoa Andoh, Golda Rosheuvel, Florence Hunt, Ruth Gemmell, and Bessie Carter. Chris Van Dusen will be the showrunner for the second season, and Shonda Rhimes will produce the show. The release date for Season 2 has not been announced yet, but one thing is for sure that the season 2 of the show will be going to return on Netflix.
