LG Ultra Gear 17 Has Launched With 11th-Gen Tiger Lake CPU

The LG Ultra Gear 17 comes with a 17-inch display which is WQXGA, and a pixel count of 2,560 x 1,600. The company has no plans with the machine in India as of now. It is being priced at KRW 2.24 million, which is around 1.4 lakhs in INR.

This is the company’s newest best-performing laptop and has been launched in South Korea. The display promises to be a fantastic one with bright and distinct colors to provide an amazing viewing experience. The laptop is equipped with Intel’s 11th Gen Tiger Lake processors, and the GPU is equipped with the NVIDIA GTX 1650i. A powerful processor packed with a powerful GPU can make AAA gaming titles, and editing superior quality videos run very smoothly.

The laptop comes with a big 17-inch screen, giving us a WQXGA display with a pixel count of 2,560 x 1,600. The processor in this laptop is the latest Intel Tiger Lake Processor, and the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650i works in the graphics processing unit. If we look at the laptop’s default storage options, then it has 8 GB of DDR4 RAM, which is 3200 MHz and has 512 GB of NVME M.2 SSD. These can be upgraded as per the requirement of the user.

If we look at the battery, the laptop provides us an 80 Whr battery, and on weighing, the laptop reads 1.9 kg. There are 2 fans with the Dual Power Cooling System that keep the computer cool. Looking at the ports for connectivity- there are three USB 3.1 ports, a USB- Power Delivery supporting USB 4 port, a DC charging port, and an HDMI port. LG had launched its Gram 360 laptop in January only in South Korea, which came with two screen sizes- 14 inches and 16 inches.

These laptops were also equipped with the Intel Tiger Lake processors and had the Intel Iris Xe as their graphics cards. It had a default storage option of 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256 GB of NVMe M.2 SSD. These can be expanded based on the user’s needs. The laptop had two Type C USB ports and just one USB 3.1 port.

LG has called the press to release the new laptop in a grand way this coming Thursday. The laptop will cost 2.24 million KRW, which is rough around Rs. 1.4 lakhs in India. This price has been set for the base model, which has Intel Core i5, 8 GB of RAM, and 512 GB of NVMe SSD. The company has not made any announcements as of now about the laptop’s global launch.
