Samsung Galaxy M42 and Samsung Galaxy A42 Coming Soon in India
Samsung Galaxy M42 5G might come into the market as a rebranded phone named Samsung Galaxy A42 5G. However, it will be the first phone in the M series that will have 5G. The phone was spotted on the listing in Bluetooth SIG. A42 is said to have four cameras in the rear.
Both the phones, Samsung Galaxy M42 5G and A42 5G, have been spotted on the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) website. This states that the movie might launch in a few days. The M series smartphone has not been launched until now, but the A-series phone has already launched in the United States last year in September. Samsun has not yet shared any kind of information about the launch of these two smartphones in India.
New phones from Samsung’s M series and A series might launch soon in India
The phones have been listed on the BIS website. However, no specifications or other details have been mentioned for the phones. The only thing we know is that the phones’ model numbers and that they will support dual SIM. The M series smartphone has been given the model number SM-M426B/DS, while the other smartphone from the A series has been given the model number SM-A426B/DS.
M42 was spotted on Bluetooth SIG and Wi-Fi Alliance websites for certification during the beginning of February. This fact suggests that the phone could come as a rebranded phone. It was also listed on the 3C certification website during November 2020. It will be the first smartphone in the series to have 5G in India.
In a few selected places, the A-series smartphone had launched back in September 2020. During that point in time, the specifications and the prices of the phone were not revealed by the company. It was only a month later when all the information was brought out. The phone comes with an HD+ SUPER AMOLED display of 6.6 inches in size.
It will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor. There are four cameras in the rear – the primary sensor is a 48 MP sensor, the secondary sensor is an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. The remaining two sensors are 5 MP each, one being a depth sensor and the other a macro shooting lens. The phone has a 5,000 mAh battery which can support quick charging of up to 15 Watt.
