Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro have already been released in China. The phones come with shoulder buttons which are motorized. The Pro model is powered by the Snapdragon 888 processor, whereas the Snapdragon 870 processor powers the standard model. The phones also have a few gaming accessories which the users can purchase.
Black Shark 4 and its Pro version have been upgraded a lot since its previous model. The new smartphones have a display with a swift refresh rate of 144 Hz and a USB 3.1 flash type storage. The gaming accessories available along with the phones are a Cooling Back Clip 2 Pro and in-ear gaming earphones.
Price and Availability of Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro
The Black Shark Pro does not come cheap. It is priced at CNY 3,999 (which is around Rs. 44,000 INR) for the base variant- 8 GB RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. There are two other storage variants available- 12 GB RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, which is priced at CNY 4,499 (which is around Rs. 50,000 INR), and 16 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage priced at CNY 5,299 (which is around Rs. 58,000). The color options for the phone are Ink Sea Black and Suikong Black. This smartphone will be available in the stores from the 25th of March.
The regular variant of the smartphone will launch in 4 different options. The first option is the 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage one priced at CNY 2,499 (around Rs. 27,000), the second option is the 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage one at CNY 2,699 (around Rs. 30,000).
The final two options are 12 GB RAM and 128 Gb internal storage priced at CNY 2,999 (which is around Rs. 33,000) and 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage priced at CNY 3,299 (around Rs. 36,600). There will be three color variants- Lingguang Gray, Magic Mirror Black, and Ink Sea Black. The smartphone will be available from the official stores on the 25th of March. Pre-Order options are available for both smartphones.
Black Shark 4 Pro and Black Shark 4 Specifications
The Pro variant has a dual nano-SIM slot. The phone runs on JoyUI 12.5, based on Android 11. Its display is 6.67 inches in size with FHD+ specs from the Samsung E4 display. There is a quick refresh rate of 144 Hz, and the touch sampling frequency is 720 Hz. There is a punch-hole design out in the front, which holds the front camera. This variant is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC with several storage variants, as mentioned above. The phone also has an SSD equipped to make the working even faster.

The rear has 3 cameras – the primary sensor is 64 MP with an f/1.79 lens. The other two sensors are of 8 MP paired with an ultra wide-lens of f/2.2 and another 5 MP macro sensor of f/2.4. The front camera is 20 MP with an f/2.45 lens. The phone comes with a 4,500 mAh battery and a 120 Watt fast charger that can charge in 15 minutes. There will also be a 3.5 mm jack for headphones. The phone also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a lighting effect on the back panel.
Black Shark 4 has a similar OS, display, and battery capacity to the Pro variant. However, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC with four storage variants and priced accordingly. This phone also has three cameras in the rear- the primary sensor is 48 MP. The other two are similar to the Pro variant.
