This upcoming episode is titled: ‘The Origin Of The Blind Obedience – 2.’ It is scheduled to be released on coming Saturday, i.e., 20th March 2021. The time at which it will be premiering is 1:45 p.m. EST or 1:45 a.m. JST. The show will be coming on its original network, JNN (MBS, TBS).

Episode 23 will be available on Crunchyroll for the viewers. It will be available for free. Further, for the people who are not having any premium access subscriptions, they can watch it for free on 27th March 2021.
