Instagram Lite Users Can View Reels now after the recent Update

Last Updated on February 24, 2021 by

Instagram Lite has recently gone through an update; Now, the users can easily view Instagram reels. Previously, this feature wasn’t available in Instagram Lite, but after this new update, the people who use this lightweight alternative of Instagram instead of the original one because of the space issues will be able to view reels.

The Instagram lite version was initially launched back in 2018. It was launched for testing purposes, but later on, it was withdrawn from the market, and in May 2020, it was again reintroduced, and finally, in December 2021, it was relaunched back in the Indian market.

The users of Instagram lite users now can easily view the reels on the app, but they won’t be able to make any reels because this new update was made only to enable lite users to view Instagram reels. To make original Instagram reels, you will have to install the Normal application only there; you will be able to create Instagram reels. But nothing to worry about, we think that Instagram may bring another update soon in which maybe the Insta Lite users will be able to create reels similar to the original app.
