Resident Evil Village Drops New Preview – System Requirements Revealed

In June 2020, when the PlayStation 5 was revealed in an event conducted by Sony, a few games were announced. One among them was the 8th installment of the Resident Evil series, titled ‘Resident Evil Village.’ There was a live event which was held on the 21st of January by Capcom. The event’s main highlight was the announcement of Resident Evil 8 Village’s release date.

The game can be experienced and enjoyed on all platforms. It will first release on the next generation gaming platforms like the PlayStation 5,  Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It will be made available on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One X and S after releasing on these platforms. The PlayStation 5 owners will feel privileged over here because they will be able to experience the game’s demo before release. Like all the other games in the series, Resident Evil Village will also be a single-player game. Capcom, however, has brought in a surprise. It is named Re: Verse; this is a multiplayer mode where we will see a few of the notable characters from the Resident Evil series playing alongside each other. This mode is for everyone who has bought the new Resident Evil game.

Resident Evil Village will be made to run in the PlayStation 4 and Microsoft’s Xbox Series X and S. Pre-Ordering of the game is now possible via Steam and PSN.

  • The CPU must be equipped with Intel’s Core i5-6400 or AMD’s FX-6350 or better
  • The system must have a RAM of 8 GB
  • The game will only run on Windows 7, 8.1, 10 (64-BIT Required)
  • Pixel Shader version 5.0 is required
  • Vertex Shader version 5.0 is required
  • The system must have a video RAM of 2048 MB
  • Regarding the GPU- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 or AMD Radeon R7 265 with 2GB Video RAM is preferred.

The 8th installment of the Resident Evil series, Resident Evil Village, has been announced its official release date. The game was teased in June 2020, and it will be launching on the 7th of May, 2021. The game will be made available on all the gaming platforms on that day.

A new trailer has also landed on the internet, which showcases many villains, all vampires. The trailer also shows a strange vampire lady having a creepy smile, and she wears a cowboy hat and goggles. A gameplay video was shown at the event, which marked the return of the Merchant.

A demo version of the game is now available for the people who own the PlayStation 5. The player has to play as an anonymous maiden who is trying to flee from the dungeon.
