People are finding it very challenging to get hold of a single piece of PlayStation 5. All the PS5 fans are very disheartened due to this. The stocks worldwide are getting sold out very fast after Sony’s PlayStation 5 got launched on the 12th of November, 2020.
The next line up of restocks of the next-gen console during the holidays of 2020 saw that the eagle-eyed buyers were getting hold of the consoles. The level of stocks was, in general, very restrained. Hence every time we saw that the PlayStation 5 was getting out of inventory very quickly.
Scalpers are trying their best to use bots in order to find out more news about the new PS5 stocks. They are trying their best to know when the supplies will come again. The general scenario is that the bots buy the consoles in bulk and then sell the same pieces to other people at higher prices. In order to prevent such things from happening in the future, some retailers are taking a new step- they will not allow one person to buy multiple pieces on the console. Every person will be allowed to buy only one PlayStation 5. Even after all these steps are taken, bots are still managing to get hold of multiple console pieces.
It has been around two months now since Sony’s PlayStation 5 has launched. By now, Sony has definitely understood its demand in the market. Hence it has started manufacturing the consoles in more significant numbers.
Sony’s ambition is that by the end of 2021 maximum number of players will shift to their next-gen console, PlayStation 5. Microsoft has asked for AMD’s aid to help them bring in more pieces of Xbox X|S n the market.
After seeing all this, it seems that both the companies- Sony and Microsoft are gearing up for bulk production of their next-generation consoles and releasing them in the market. They will be doing their best to make these consoles available to all the players interested in gaming. 2021 will be a massive year in terms of gaming with some big title launches- Gran Tourismo 7, Horizon Forbidden West, Halo Infinite, and Fable 4, for starters.
