After months of talks and consideration, Apple has launched its first-ever over the ear headphones. It is given the name AirPods Max, the headphones feature high-quality audio, adaptive EQ, active noise cancellation, and spatial sound. The new H1 chipset powers the Apple AirPods Max. The headphones have been declared in five different colors – Space Grey, Silver, Sky Blue, Green, and Pink.

Apple AirPods Max: Cost and Shipping Details
The Apple AirPods Max will cost Rs 59,900. The audio equipments are available to order on the Apple India Website and at Apple authorized resellers. AirPods Max will start shipping on the 15th of December, Tuesday, in India and 25 other global markets.

Apple AirPods Max: Compatible Devices
The AirPods require Apple gadgets working on iOS 14.3 or updates ones, iPadOS 14.3 or the next ones, macOS Big Sur 11.1 and the ones to come, watchOS 7.2, or tvOS 14.3.
The AirPods Max uses a one-tap setup that uses automated pairing with all the electronic devices signed in to the user’s iCloud account, including iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.
The AirPods Max automatically understand when they are on a person’s head using the optical and position sensors. Once in place, AirPods Max plays audio and can pause once removed or when the user lifts one ear cup.

The AirPods Max has a stainless steel build and extendable headband arms. Both ear cups use a mechanism that balances and distributes ear cup pressure. The ear cups use memory foam and can independently pivot and rotate to fit different people’s heads.
The AirPods Max features a Digital Crown, inspired by Apple Watch, which will let a user control volume, play or pause audio, skip tracks, answer or end phone calls, and activate Siri.
AirPods Max features a 40-mm dynamic driver. The headphone also features a dual neodymium ring magnet motor, which is supposed to allow the AirPods Max to maintain a total harmonious deformity of less than 1% across the entire audible spectrum, even at max volume.
The AirPods Max is powered by an H1 chip in each ear cup and uses computational audio. An H1 chip has ten audio cores and is capable of 9 billion operations per second. Apple claims that AirPods Max can offer up to 20 hours of high-quality audio, talking time, or video playback with Active Noise Cancellation and spatial audio approved.
Additionally, AirPods Max comes with a Smart Case that sets AirPods Max in an ultralow-power state to save battery charge when not in use.
