After We Collided, the American romantic drama film is only a few hours away, and we have gathered all the details regarding its release. Anna Todd and Mario Celaya provided the scripts, while Roger Kumble sat on the big chairs. Finally, after several delays, fans will get to see Tessa’s story ahead as it prepares to debut in the US.

The film was already debuted back on 2nd September 2020, and finally, Open Road Films will release the movie in the theatres and VOD. After We Collided Plot: What is the storyline of the film?


After We Collided is based on Todd’s 2014 adult fiction novel of the same name. The story revolves around a young woman named Tessa Young and her complicated life as he entangles herself in a strange relationship with Hardin Scott. However, the moment she realized she had enough, she decided to call the relationship quits and went on her path. After her breakup with Scott, she embarks on a new journey in her life. She begins working for Vance Publishing as an intern. Buth, things change soon after she attracts the attention of her new co-worker, Trevor.

The film’s initial screening has been pretty positive, and fans seem to love the actors’ chemistry. After We Collided also reported having earned a significant amount at the box-office against its budget and will look forward to boosting its numbers with its VOD release.

The principal photography of After We Collided began in Atlanta, Georgia, in August 2019, and Roger Kumble oversaw the project. 

It is also confirmed that the film will receive two sequels, and they are already in development as we speak. The two sequels are titled ‘After We Fell‘ and ‘After Ever Happy,’ and Castille Landon will direct both the films. Both the projects are greenlit, and we expect to get more updates in the upcoming days.

Accompanying them are Charlie Weber, Max Ragone, Selma Blair, Shane Paul McGhie, Rob Estes, Karimah Westbrook. They will play the role of Christian Vance, Smith Vance, Carol Young, Landon Gibson, Ken Scott, Karen Scott. Others include Samuel Larsen (Zed Evans), Khadijha Red Thunder (Steph Jones), Pia Mia (Tristan), Inanna Sarkis (Molly Samuels), Dylan Arnold (Noah Porter), and Ariel Yasmine (Jane).

After We Collided Release Date? When is the film releasing?

After We Collided will be released for streaming on-demand on 23rd October 2020 on iTunes at 12 am ET. The movie received several delays; however, this date is final. After We Collided will also be available on Netflix eventually, but as of now, you can watch it on your VOD service.

Looking at Netflix’s previous pattern, it’s safe to assume that After We Collided’s release on Netflix might happen sometime in early 2021. 

Amazon Prime users can also watch the film, as After We Collided will be available on the platform to buy or rent from 23rd October, 12 pm PT onwards.
